Meridian is a custom precision manufacturing workshop based in Malaysia. We provide 5-axis CNC machining, 3D scanning, reverse engineering and prototyping services. This policy explains how we handle personal data and technical files submitted through this website.

- Contact details — name, email address, company name, country and optional WhatsApp number.
- Project information — project type, quantity, material, required delivery date and the description you provide.
- Technical files — drawings, CAD models, scans, photographs or documents you upload for evaluation.
- Technical data — basic, aggregated information needed to operate the site securely, such as page requests and error logs.
3. Why we process it
- To review your request and assess manufacturing feasibility.
- To prepare and send a quotation.
- To communicate about the project, including clarifications and delivery arrangements.
- To keep a record of inquiries and quotations for accounting and quality purposes.
- To protect the site against spam, abuse and unauthorised access.
4. Uploaded technical files
Files you upload are stored in a private location with restricted access. They are not placed in a public directory, are not indexed by search engines, and are never displayed publicly. Access is limited to the people who need the file to evaluate or produce your part.

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on your consent (when you submit the form), the performance of a contract or steps prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in operating a secure business. Where Malaysian law applies, we process personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
